  • WHAT TYPE OF TRUCKS DO YOU OFFER?

We do not have a specific model to follow because the customer decides what works best for him/her. We help you figure out the equipment you need and give ideas on how to arrange it, but at the end of the day you have the final saying.

  • DO YOU SELL USED UNITS?

U.S. catering specializes in building new units, however we sometimes do have used units for sale, please give us a call.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A UNIT FROM U.S. CATERING?

Because our units are fully customized, we work by order. The fabrication time depends on the specifications given by you as well as the unit itself. A catering truck takes about 6-8 weeks to manufacture. A smaller unit such as a cart takes a lot less than that.

  • DO YOU OFFER FINANCING?

U.S. Catering does not directly finance for the customers, however we do work with a company that finances qualified applicants. They help existing businesses and have recently introduced a program for start ups. Please call us for more information.

 

DOING BUSINESS

  • DOES U.S. CATERING GET THE PERMITS TO OPERATE FOR ME?

When it comes to a step in unit such as a truck or trailer, we get the state insignia for you. All other permits have to be obtained by you. Carts do not need a state insignia and the customer needs to get the necessary permits.

  • HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PLANS WILL BE APPROVED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT?

Before we begin to manufacture, we have to make sure that your unit will be approved by your county. The best thing to do is contact your county's inspector and let them know about your business plans. We can help you submit the necessary paperwork for the approval of your unit. At the conclusion of your project we guarantee you that your unit will pass inspection.
